Village Kraft believes in quality and we are committed to provide you with quality products and accordingly our returns and cancellation policy is made simpler for you.
If in case you somehow receive the products in damaged or defective condition then please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the products either by email or call citing genuine reasons for refund or else you will not be suitable for refund.
Before putting up a request for exchange, refund or cancellation, you are requested to read and understand the Terms and Conditions for Return/Exchange carefully mentioned below:
- All the cancellation requests can also be accepted before the shipment of the product(s).
- After the product(s) is shipped no cancellation requests could be entertained but you can still request for an exchange or return after receiving the product(s).
- In case of acceptance of your cancelled order the payment which has been credited to our account towards the cancelled order would be refunded within fifteen working days.
- All or any refunds should be only made through NEFT transfer or Cheque deposit in your bank account. No cash payment would be made in lieu of the same.
- If in any case you are not completely satisfied with the delivered product, we request you to kindly contact us within twenty four hours of receiving the product by sending an email at firstname.lastname@example.org giving your order details and genuine reason for exchange or return and after we review the same request you to send the product(s) back to us within 7 working days on our address mentioned in the website.
- Any product ordered against exchange of a previous order shall not be eligible for exchange any more.
- The shipping charges either domestic or international and any duties/taxes paid while ordering the product(s) or while sending the product(s) back are not eligible for credit or refund.
- The returned items will only be accepted in their original packaging, which includes bags, tags, boxes, invoices, documentations, warranty cards (if any), all accessories, and all the things that were present when the item was delivered to you.
- The product you are returning must be unused and in its original condition. If it is used, damaged, soiled or altered, the return won’t be processed and the items will be sent back to you.
- Please note that we do not offer assured delivery time. Though we shall provide every assistance to get the shipments delivered in the shortest possible time. No exchange/refunds shall be applicable due to logistics delays.
- Products in sets cannot be returned individually.
